I keep up to date on the latest travel trends, destination and supplier news and take continual education classes and seminars such as MLT U (Delta Vacations) so I can better inform my clients of the best options to meet their needs. The mighty Colosseum in Rome!
I had the opportunity to go on an escorted tour through Globus visiting nine countries in a two week span...Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy, Vatican City, Monaco, and France.
In the Netherlands I went on a canal cruise in Amsterdam and visited the lovely fishing village of Volendam, went on a short but relaxing Rhine River cruise, sampled Black Forest cake and beer in Germany, watched a Swiss Folklore show, saw Rhine Falls, and took a tram to the top of Mt Pilatus in Switzerland, and passed through one of the smallest countries in the world Liechtenstein.
In Austria I saw the Golden Roof created by Emperor Maximillian in Old Town Innsbruck, crossed Brenner Pass into Italy where I went on a Venetian Gondola ride, saw the Colosseum, Pantheon, Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums, famous state of David in Florence, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and some of Tuscany.
I also visited Monaco and tried my luck at the Monte Carlo Casino, then on to Parisfor a nice Seine River cruise, visited the Louvre and saw the Mona Lisa, visited Versailles, and saw the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower lit up.
I highly recommend Globus Tours as I had a wonderful tour guide and driver. Globus really takes good care of you and throws in a few surprises as well.
